GO ON DO SOMETHING as a mantra, as a way of encouraging oneself, or someone else, to do the next right thing, is a message that Godfrey has used to improve his health, fitness levels, and undoubtledly his life. It is also something he is aiming to impart to those who come into contact with him, his services and the products available.

Godfrey is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, with other qualifications pertinent to the industry and his services.
With many years of experience in the field of Health and Fitness, particularly resistance training, Godfreys main service is that of a Personal Trainer.

Above all, I believe getting fit and healthy should be fun. My group sessions are tough, but they are also upbeat and enjoyable. My 1-1 sessions are light-hearted but focused and progressive. And the joy is enhanced when the assured results start to show and be felt".
