What the business is about

G.O.D.S, an acronym for GO ON DO SOMETHING, and also an abbreviation of the founders name (Godfrey), was created to inspire and motivate individuals to create a healthy lifestyle for themselves and society as a whole. The principle of starting with self, and allowing the benefits gained to influence others, is fundamental to the ideology behind G.O.D.S.


GO ON DO SOMETHING as a mantra, as a way of encouraging oneself, or someone else,  to do the next right thing, is a message that Godfrey has used to improve his health, fitness levels, and undoubtledly his life. It is also something he is aiming to impart to those who come into contact with him, his services and the products available.

Godfrey is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, with other qualifications pertinent to the industry and his services.


With many years of experience in the field of Health and Fitness, particularly resistance training, Godfreys main service is that of a Personal Trainer.
